A Warm Welcome From Fr. Gerald
Céad Mile Fáilte to Horeswood Parish website. We are situated in South West Wexford and we include the communities in both Horeswood and in Ballykelly. The parish incorporates the village of Campile, the wonderful JFK Arboretum and the Kennedy Homestead in Dunganstown, the birthplace of President John F Kennedy’s great – grandfather, Patrick Kennedy.
We want to make our parish website an interesting and worthwhile site to visit for both parishioners and visitors to keep up to date with what is happening in our parish. We hope that all parish and community groups will find it a useful resource for keeping in contact with the parish. I will conclude my words of welcome with our Parish Mission Statement which expresses our vision for our parish.
Nourished by the Eucharist and the Sacraments, the life of Horeswood-Ballykelly parish is centred on serving Christ and one another as a community where all are welcomed, supported and valued and where we share our faith with others.
